Welcome to MAT 125 Web Design 1. This class is designed to teach you how to use the basic tags from HTML (HyperText Markup Language) and XHTML (Extensible Hypertext Markup Language) to make web pages without using a WYSIWYG Program (Dreamweaver or FrontPage). Just plain type in a text edit program - Notepad on PC or Text Edit on Mac. Let your imagination take you as far as it can. And build a solid foundation for when you do move on to Dreamweaver or other mark up languages. Important links to information about this class.
