A three-part frame

<p> Newer browsers allow both rows AND columns in the same frameset, but older browsers don't. This trick works in all new browsers all the time. Notice that the frame is first divided into two horizontal rows. We divide the second row into two columns by starting a new frameset where the second frame row would normally be. We then divide this second frameset into two columns, then we close both framesets. </p>
